Senior transcripts

Class of 2025 students will need to set up a Parchment account in order to order an official transcript. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for your request to be fulfilled. Click here to create your Parchment account.

Alumni transcripts

Former CHS students will need to set up a Parchment account in order to obtain an official transcript.  Alumni orders are not processed by CHS. 

Students may submit a SmartPass to request a meeting with their School Counselor. 

PACE transcript 

Students who have completed dual enrollment courses with Horry Georgetown Technical College will have to request a transcript by clicking here.
